To deposit funds on kxv8, we support Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from an account registered in a third party's name will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the set time after the bonus is activated.

• A bonus offer can only be claimed once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, kxv8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 VIP Program

kxv8's VIP program has 5 tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Gaming Policies

6.1 Fair Play Policy

kxv8 guarantees fair play in all games. Technological impartiality is ensured in the operation of our games. The platform features content from various international game providers.

6.2 Disconnection and Technical Issues

kxv8 will not be held responsible if an internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game. However, if a bet is cancelled due to a game server issue, the stake will be refunded.

6.3 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to operate games.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Engaging in harmful or harassing behavior toward other users.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kxv8 platform — logos, trademarks, graphics, software, designs, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of kxv8 or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing, or using any content from the platform without written permission is prohibited.
• kxv8's name or logo may not be used in any third-party work.
• Reverse engineering the platform's software is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

kxv8 will not accept responsibility for the following:

• Losses caused by issues with the user's internet connection or device.
• Delayed or failed transactions due to errors by a third-party payment provider.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability during a technical error or scheduled maintenance.
• Financial losses arising from gaming — gaming is an entirely risk-based form of entertainment.

Our total liability will in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 Suspension by kxv8

kxv8 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:
